HOW TO USE IT ?

Shake well before use ensuring both parts are fully mixed. Apply Delicate Remove Bi-Phase Face and Eyes Micellar Water to a cotton pad and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften all layers of eye makeup. Then, gently wipe over eye area, face, lips and neck to remove makeup. Repeat the gesture until skin is clean. No rinsing needed, unless you have sensitive skin or eyes. For daily use.
